SUMMARY:Abrahamic House Volunteer Day
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a volunteer food prep shift at D.C. Central Kitchen on December 29th from 9:00AM – 12:00PM. We will then gather to debrief together at the Central Kitchen’s Cafe (which is in the same building) until 1PM.\n \nWe know that commitment to community and serving others is something that unites all of us in our faith. The holiday season is also a time when faith communities across the world come together to provide support to those in need. We are excited to join in this tradition by volunteering at D.C. Central Kitchen\, an organization that uses food as a tool to strengthen bodies\, empower minds\, and build communities. You can read more about their mission and important work here.\n \nThis event involves volunteering with a third-party organization. After registering with us\, you must sign up using their system at this link.\n \nPlease make sure you fill out all necessary forms that the organization provides and sign up ASAP\, as spaces are limited. \n \n\nREGISTER
