SUMMARY:Eid al-Adha Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Eid al-Adha is a celebration to commemorate Prophet Ibrahim’s devotion to Allah and his readiness to sacrifice his son\, Ismail. At the very point of sacrifice\, Allah replaced Ismail with a ram to be slaughtered instead of Ibrahim’s son. This command from Allah SWT (“Subhanahu wa ta’ala” or “Glorious and Exalted is He”) was a test of Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness and commitment to obey his Lord’s command\, without question. Therefore\, Eid al-Adha means the “Feast of Sacrifice.”\n \nThe true essence of Eid is celebrating it together as a community. Please join us to know more about Eid al-Adha\, eat lots of great food\, and celebrate!\n\nParking and space is limited\, so please plan accordingly.
