Elder Abuse Awareness Faith Leaders Forum

Please join the Department of Insurance, Securities, and Banking in collaboration with the Clergy for Community Wealth Preservation, the District’s Office on Aging and Adult Protective Services for a forum on elder abuse prevention resources in the District and to develop collaborative prevention strategies.
The purpose is to educate the District’s Faith Communities on the statistics of elder abuse in the District of Columbia, promote a better understanding, raise awareness and identify resources to help prevent elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
Breakfast and lunch will be served.
