Abrahamic House invites neighbors of all backgrounds and faiths to join us for a panel discussion. Join us to hear from a panel of local leaders of different Christian traditions to learn more about the depth of Christ’s instruction to love our neighbors as ourselves, and what this commandment means today.
In the Christian Gospels, Jesus instructs his disciples that the second greatest commandment is to “love your neighbor as yourself.” This powerful call to reflection raises universal questions for all of us. What does it actually mean to practice that kind of care? How can we learn to love ourselves in a way that moves us to love our broader communities, too?
