A Better Friday Interfaith Vigil

Gather in prayer, word, and song for the hostages, the Palestinians in Gaza, and a better tomorrow.
Acknowledging the bad, and leaning towards the good is something all people, regardless of creed, religion or place of origin, can do in the temple of solidarity. On Good Friday, all are welcome to attend a simple prayer vigil to pledge and seek a “better Friday” for all.
The short service will welcome Rabbi Abbi Sharofsky, JCRC Director of Intergroup Relations, and Imam Refai Arefin of the Islamic Community Center of Potomac, to pray specifically for the plight of those who have suffered and continue to suffer in Israel and Gaza in the current conflict.
