JIDS will be sponsoring a dialogue that afternoon entitled “Inspiration from the Prophet Moses.”  The speakers will be Sabir Rahman, author of “In Search of Meaning” and former President of the Muslim Community Center in Silver Spring, and Hazzan Asa Fradkin, Cantor of Congregation Beth El of Montgomery County and a member of the JIDS Board.  We will focus on why Prophet Moses continues to have such a profound impact on the lives of both Muslims and Jews today, despite having lived thousands of years ago.   After we have locked in a precise time and venue, we will let you know that information and request RSVPs for this event.
