Montgomery County Interfaith Fall Forum: Many Pathways to Family Recovery

This event will feature: Speakers on Substance Use and Mental Health Recovery Pathways, A Panel Discussion and Q&A with various Montgomery County agencies and committees and A Virtual Resource Fair where you can connect directly with organizations and resources in the community.

6:00pm-6:10pm: Welcome and Recovery Advocate Tribute

6:10pm-7:00pm: Substance Use & Mental Health Recovery Pathways Speakers

❖ Jason Martin, Sheppard Pratt Director of Addiction Services

7:00pm-7:30pm: Panel Discussion and Q&A featuring various Montgomery
County Health Department agencies.

7:30pm-8:00pm: Virtual Resource Fair: Learn about community organizations
and talk with them directly at their virtual “resource tables”.
