The Fairfax County Police Department’s Threat Assessment and Management (TAM) Unit, in collaboration with the US State Department, is offering a free training session designed specifically for religious leaders and staff serving on security teams within houses of worship.

The TERO training is a three-hour introduction intended for community members who play a role in recognizing concerning behaviors and potential threats. This program emphasizes the importance of community involvement and provides awareness of the behavioral approach to violence prevention.
