Women’s Conference – “In the Quiet Heart is Hidden Sorrow that the Eye Can’t See”

The conference will focus on Mental Health with the theme “In the Quiet Heart is Hidden Sorrow that the Eye Can’t See.”
We’re bringing professional motivational speaker, Jamie Hutchings, from Arizona. She will talk about perfectionism and self acceptance. Her blog.
Then we’ll break into two hours of workshops run by licensed therapists with three classes offered (everyone picks two workshops to attend). Classes will be on anxiety/depression, healing after trauma/crisis and self care. We will hopefully be able to offer an additional workshop in Spanish.
Then we’ll enjoy lunch.
We welcome all women, in and outside our faith, 18 years and older.
