On the eve of Constitution Day, join us for a program exploring the enduring relationship between religious faith and American democracy. Dallin H. Oaks, President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, will open with a keynote address reflecting on faith, religious liberty and the founding document that continues to shape American public life.
Following the keynote, the conversation continues with Jeffrey Rosen, CEO Emeritus of the National Constitution Center, moderating a panel featuring:
- The Right Reverend Mariann Edgar Budde, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington
- Melody Barnes, Executive Director of the Karsh Institute of Democracy at the University of Virginia
- Rabbi David Saperstein, Former US Ambassador-at Large for Religious Freedom
