Grappling with Current Affairs, Studying Ancient Texts, and Building Active Partnerships for the Future? This year, for the first time, the keynote activity shall involve Text Study, which will be centered around the figure of Abraham/Ibrahim. We will also engage in discussions concerning how we’re responding to social issues and how we can build active partnerships for the future. It promises to be a productive and fulfilling afternoon, both intellectually and in terms of helping us work together going forward.

Peacemaking dialogue requires taking a risk. We engage in dialogue because we don’t know everything. We need one another to learn other perspectives and insights. There is a risk we might change our mind in dialogue.
