As the weather breaks and we near the next season of the year, the world prepares for school and religious celebrations, and so does the HWPL family. Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light invites you to our 2nd Annual Interfaith Peace Holiday Dinner taking place Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the Hindu Temple of Metropolitan Washington. At this year’s dinner, we will be highlighting Peace Through Multicultural Education.
The Interfaith Peace Holiday Dinner was created to immerse the community in the vast religious and cultural celebrations. From Diwali to Christmas to Milad un Nabi, there is so much to learn from the traditions and values of various groups. Here are some photos from last year’s celebration.
We will be honoring individuals who live as Peace Ambassadors among us, educating their communities about peace and empowering generations to achieve peace. Who wouldn’t want to talk about peace when there’s food on the table? Join us for music, performances, food, and more!
