Tamika Tremaglio has focused her life’s work on core values of kindness and inclusion. She grew up in Leonardtown, Maryland, about 50 miles southeast of the District. She then went off to Mount St. Mary’s for college where she majored in business and finance. Tamika then earned a J.D. and an M.B.A. simultaneously through the University of Maryland and the University of Baltimore. Upon graduation, her professional life took her into the overlap between legal and financial concerns. After working at a smaller practice that went public, Tamika moved to Deloitte, where she serves out of the Tysons office in Northern Virginia. Tamika is now the Greater Washington managing principal and is responsible for overseeing more than 10,000 audit, tax, advisory, and consulting professionals in the region. Outside of work, Tamika has done significant volunteer and fundraising work for groups including United Way, the Born This Way Foundation, and the WNBA Players Association Foundation. She and her husband Greg live near the Patuxent River in Maryland, where they’re raising two teenage sons (Rocque and Reece) and have been involved in the Catholic community.
