Enterprise’s Faith-Based Development Initiative partners with houses of worship to help transform their underutilized land into affordable homes and community impact structures.
Join us for an opportunity to learn about the new – Enterprise Faith-Based Development Initiative (FBDI) Cohort for Montgomery County houses of worship interested in building affordable housing and mixed-used developments. You will hear about the specialized training, technical assistance, peer sharing, and catalytic grant funding support Cohort members will be provided over two years to help them move from conception to construction to completion of their affordable housing and/or mixed use development vision.  
Houses of worship that own land and are working on, or contemplating working on an affordable housing or mixed-use development should participate to learn about what resources will be available and the application process and timeline. Register here.
