As you prepare for the election on Tuesday, November 5, the Metro D.C. Synod invites you to join in a time of prayer at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 29. This non-partisan event will center around prayer lifting up our country, those running for office, and all who are voting in the election. The service will begin at Lutheran Church of the Reformation in Washington, D.C., the congregation closest to the Capital, and end with a walk around the neighborhood (weather permitting) praying for those who have both been elected and those seeking election.
