McLean Community Rise Against Hunger Meal Packaging Event

Since 2010 McLean Community Rise Against Hunger Events has held eleven events and packaged 3,000,000 meals.  It is a great opportunity for people of different faith traditions to come together to help end world hunger. Memorial Volunteer Day at Peirce Mill Orchard in Rock Creek Park

ForestPlanet supports high-volume forest restoration projects around the world to the tune of 1.5 million trees planted to date. We also like to get our hands dirty supporting other tree projects where we can, especially in our own back yard, i.e. Rock Creek Park in Washington, DC. Herb Planting for Sukkot

  Hi all! Please join us to (belatedly) celebrate the Jewish holiday of Sukkot!   Sukkot, a Hebrew word meaning booths or huts, refers to the Jewish festival of giving thanks for the fall harvest. Interfaith Choir: Call for Singers

This interfaith choir is inviting children and adults of all abilities to participate. The initial rehearsal will be from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM on April 5. Subsequent rehearsals will be held from 4:00 pm - 5:00 PM on April 12th, April 26th, and May 3rd. These efforts will culminate in a concert on May 4th at 7 PM.
