The 2026 Scotland Juneteenth Heritage Festival is grounded in a mission to honor ancestors, commemorate emancipation, and empower their descendants through initiatives that support economic growth, community redevelopment, social progress, improved health outcomes, and expanded educational opportunities.
The vision is to carry this legacy forward by creating tangible pathways for economic, social, educational, health, and community advancement. Join in celebrating freedom, culture, and community while uplifting Scotland and historic Black communities across the region. This year’s festival is not only a commemoration—it is a call to action.
