Catalytic Collaboration Clarion Call (For District of Columbia Houses of Worship & Faith Leaders)

Faith-Based Development Initiative (FBDI) will hold a Cohort training webinar for District of Columbia Houses of Worship interested in building affordable housing and mixed use developments on Thursday, Feb. 25. They will hear about the specialized training, technical assistance and the opportunity for financial support to achieve their vision. With financial support made available by Wells Fargo and the DC Department of Housing and Community Development, cohort members will be provided support over a three year period, giving them a framework to help them move from conception to construction to completion in their community development pursuits.
Houses of worship in Washington, DC that own land and are working on, or contemplating working on an affordable housing or mixed-use development should participate to learn about what resources will be available and the application process and timeline. Presenters will include Monica Mitchell, Vice President, Social Impact and Sustainability, Wells Fargo and Drew Hubbard, Deputy Director, D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development and Mid-Atlantic team members.
