ACMCU presents a keynote address by Dr. Sahar Aziz, Professor of Law at Rutgers University, on the racialization of American Muslims and the impact of racism on religious freedom in the United States. In this preview to her forthcoming book, Dr. Sahar Aziz explores this paradox–how a religious minority could be so overtly discriminated against in a country that privileges religious freedom legally and normatively.
